Our campsite is located in the Vaucluse, just a few kilometers from the Drôme Provençale, the Gard and the Ardèche, allowing you to discover many remarkable sites, varied landscapes and a multitude of culinary specialities without having to travel too far.

For nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, leave the car on the pitch and enjoy a walking/biking getaway thanks to a number of signposted routes through the forest from the campsite.
Because nature doesn’t mean lack of services, all the amenities you need for everyday life are just 5km from the campsite (supermarkets= Intermarché Bollène, Leclerc Bollène, Lidl St Paul-3-Chateaux, clothing and shoe stores, Décathlon, numerous restaurants, gas station, hairdresser, freeway…).

Vacations are often an opportunity to get away from it all and enjoy some great walks walks and hikes with family and friends. So why not improvise a little picnic, throw on a pair of sneakers and set off on foot or by bike into the heart of our beautiful shady countryside in the Vaucluse for a moment of letting go. Get away from the hustle and bustle of life and discover magnificent places such as the Dentelles de Montmirail and the paths of Mont Ventoux, and let yourself be intoxicated by the scents of wild Provençal aromatic plants (thyme, rosemary, juniper, laurel…) and trees, some of which are centuries old (oak, pine…).
Discover the Troglodytic Village of Barry in Bollène and its hiking trails just 10 minutes from Camping La Simioune en Provence, or the Mornas fortress trail, the winegrowers’ trail between vineyards and forest in Bollène or the GR de Pays Tours du Massif d’Uchaux for the more experienced.

Water activities
Lovers of aquatic activities will be sated by canoeing on the Ardèche, Cèze or Sorgues rivers. A moment to share with friends and family, where picnics and swimming are invited to subjugate these unforgettable moments in the Ardèche, Gard or Vaucluse. Do you prefer more intense water sports? Discover the Exo84 leisure park in Lamotte-du-Rhône and try your hand at water-skiing, wakeboarding and paddle-boarding, or let yourself be tempted by the Wave Island water park. Freshness and fun guaranteed!
You’re more air than water, so push your limits and thrill your senses in the area’s accrobranches parks, hike the trails of Mont Ventoux or have fun at Parc Spirou! The 3-star La Simioune campsite in the Vaucluse is the ideal place to organize your vacation with minimum disruption.

Looking for a wilderness adventure park? Come and enjoy accrobranche activities in the shade of the trees, with family or friends, at Bollène Aventure, just a stone’s throw from the Simioune campsite in the beautiful Vaucluse region. Suitable for all ages. You’ll find numerous tree courses, zip lines, monkey bridges… For the little ones, a play area for children aged 3 and over. Just 20 minutes from the campsite, Le parc Casse-Noisette welcomes you to Saint-Julien-de-Peyrolas in the Gard department, next to another major accrobranch park, Accroche Aventure.
Would you like to enjoy an all-terrain electric scooter ride through the magnificent Ochres de Mormoiron at the foot of Mont-Ventoux, while your children play accrobranche? Then head for the Ventoux A venture aerial adventure park in Mormoiron. For budding detectives, you can also take part in an outdoor escape game.
Activities close to the animals!
Does the animal world fascinate you and your children? Immerse yourself in a breathtaking ecosystem at the Crocodile Farm in Pierrelatte, Drôme, with over 1,000 animals in semi-liberty.
Surprise your children with a walk 1km from the campsite to the Acatama llama and alpaca farm, where llamas, ponies and dromedaries have made their home in large natural spaces.
For horse-riding enthusiasts, there are a number of riding schools within a few kilometers of the campsite, including LE GALOP TRICASTIN in St Paul-3-Châteaux in the Drome department, and HARAS DE MERIONDOL in Mornas in the Vaucluse department.

Would you like to combine leisure activities with discovering a typical Vaucluse village? Isle-sur-Sorgues is your destination, so take advantage of the Sunday morning market and its famous second-hand dealers to discover this little Provençal nugget, discover the Fontaine-de-Vaucluse chasm (Europe’s largest resurgence) and canoe down the Sorgues, a change of scenery guaranteed.
